St Margarets to Sawbridgeworth

This walk was the greatest fun despite the fact we were walking on the hottest day of the year, full of adventure and amusing chance meetings
Jo revealed up to now unrecognised skills as a cow girl and lead a herd of frisky Jerseys across a large field allowing the rest of us to escape the field unmolested We later met a charming dog walker who revealed these cows were harmless and licked her dogs We weren't to know that and it does not diminish our respect for Jo a single iota

Yes it was hot and some of us wimped out to explore Henry Moores house after lunch but happily met the stalwarts on the train to leran we had missed a good second half
