Windsor Runnymede Windsor Great Park

A happy time was had by 9 walkers Weather mixed so some time spent taking on and off wet weather gear, but never bad enough to dampen spirits. Lunch enjoyed in the rain by courtesy of NT tables at Runnymede and a welcome cup of tea at the Savill gardens or ice cream by others. Successful walk across Windsor Great Park to find King George to guide us down the long path and back to the station

Train from Clapham Junction 9.38am arrives 10.24 Windsor and Eton Riverside.
Can be joined at Richmond

Car is possible with pay to park at the station but it is an unknown to me as I don't know cost of parking or how full the car park becomes

Route: 

Out along river through Dtachet and on to Runnymede Then up through the JFK memorial park and to Windsor Gretat Park entering via Savill gate carpark

Latest info says cafes etc in WGP are closed I hope the toilets at Runnymede are open
